Terms of use

The rules that apply when you use MyFeelings — the app and this website. Effective 2026-09-11.

Who this agreement is with

These terms are a contract between you and Keep Global Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom under company number 17452153, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, trading as MyFeelings. By creating an account, installing the app, or using this website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What MyFeelings is

"The Service" means the MyFeelings app — a feelings-wheel app for naming and tracking your emotions, including your check-ins, notes and the patterns they build up over time — and this website. These terms cover both. A separate Privacy Policy covers how we handle personal data; read it alongside this page.

Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old to use MyFeelings, and by using the Service you confirm that you are. We do not offer the Service to anyone below that age, with or without a parent's permission — if you are under 18, please do not create an account.

Your account

Using the MyFeelings app requires an account. You agree to give accurate information when you create one, to keep your login details confidential, and to tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. You are responsible for activity under your account, except where that activity results from our own failure to keep the Service secure. Accounts are for your own personal use and are not transferable.

Acceptable use

You agree to use MyFeelings lawfully, and not to do or try to do any of the following:

We can suspend or remove access for a serious or repeated breach of this section — see "Ending this agreement" below.

Our intellectual property, and the licence we grant you

The MyFeelings app, this website, their design, the wheel and its structure, and everything in them other than your own content, belong to Keep Global Limited or to those who license material to us. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own use, for as long as you comply with these terms. That licence does not give you any right to the underlying software, design or content beyond using the app as intended, and it ends if these terms end.

Your content

Your check-ins, notes, tags and anything else you add to MyFeelings belong to you. We claim no ownership over it. We need a limited licence to store, back up, process and display it back to you so the app can work — your check-ins are held on our servers as part of your account — and we use it for no other purpose. Deleting your account removes it, subject to what the Privacy Policy says about backups and legal retention. You are responsible for what you add: it must be lawful, and it must not belong to someone else in a way that stops you sharing it with us.

Subscriptions and payment

MyFeelings does not currently offer a paid subscription — this section describes how one will work once it launches, so nothing below is a live charge today. When a subscription becomes available, it will be sold through the App Store, which makes Apple the seller of record: we will never see or hold your card details, and Apple will process the payment under its own terms.

A subscription will show its price and billing period before you buy, and will renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it first. Cancelling is done through the App Store, not through us — on an iPhone or iPad this is Settings > your name > Subscriptions — and it stops the next renewal without a refund for time already used, except where the law or Apple's own refund process says otherwise. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple; write to us and we will point you the right way, but we cannot issue one ourselves.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU buying at a distance, you normally have 14 days to change your mind and cancel without giving a reason. Digital content supplied straight away — which is how a subscription works — is the exception: that 14-day right ends early once we begin supplying it at your request, if you have acknowledged that starting early means giving up the cancellation right. The App Store's own purchase screen is where that acknowledgement happens.

Availability and changes to the Service

We want the Service to work reliably, but we do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free — devices, networks and third-party stores it depends on are outside our control. We may add, change or remove features, or update the app for security, legal or operational reasons. Where a change is significant, we will try to tell you inside the app or on this website with reasonable notice; where something needs fixing urgently, we may act first and explain afterward.

Ending this agreement

You can stop using MyFeelings and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the Service — we will give you notice where we reasonably can, except where the reason for acting is itself urgent, such as a security risk or unlawful use. Ending this agreement does not affect any right or obligation that by its nature should continue, including the intellectual property, disclaimer, liability and governing-law sections below.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We provide the Service as it stands, and to the extent the law allows, we exclude conditions and warranties that would otherwise be implied. We do not exclude or limit anything the law does not let us exclude, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent law where you live.

Where the law allows a limit, our liability to you for loss connected with the Service is limited to direct loss that was a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms, and does not cover indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Not a substitute for professional care

MyFeelings helps you name and track how you feel. It is not therapy, it does not give medical or psychological advice, and it is not a crisis service — a record of your check-ins describes a pattern, it does not diagnose or treat one. If you are in crisis, thinking about harming yourself, or worried about someone else's safety, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your country rather than relying on the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms — to reflect a change in the law, in the Service, or in how subscriptions work once they launch. The version on this page is always the current one, and it took effect on 2026-09-11. Where a change is material, we will try to give you notice, inside the app or by email, before it takes effect; continuing to use the Service afterward means you accept the update.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes about them are subject to the courts of England and Wales, and if you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, nothing here removes the protection that the law of the country you live in gives you.
